Pls fix dps healing

I know they nerfed hybrid healing, which made sense - but im seeing classes like Ele, Balance and Shadow Priests healing WAYYYY more with there heals compared to lets say a vivify or a ret word of glory.

Im not saying everyone should be able to heal a tonne but surely they have to be similarish (with the exception of enhancement shamans as they seem to have mega surges)

Dont get me started with warriors passive healing

but not, if they heal less as other non hybrid classes, i agree, gut their heal and bring it to the level of ferals, so the meta would be less borring because everyone is immortal

i dont speak about Fol who still Heals more than Regrowth

i speak about the short cd on Walls, u also have sanc for your Healer, Lay on hands, idk If you think you’re being squishy, I have no idea what to say except playing a different class ?

idk when i Compare Ret or Warri with an Dk, these 2 Other classes feels like immortal?

the wall “shield” from retri doesnt get affected by Dampening, from what I’ve heard

What warrior healing?

One thing is the toolkit that makes the ret good and have acceptable survival, but you have mentioned the heal, which is precisely what has been nerfed the most and the ret suffers the most when it is the focus.

passive 2mil+ healing from fury or even arms in a game, including impending victory ofc

I think noone complains about FoL healing, the 6 sec CD instant cast talent is nice, but not something thats gigaop, neither is WoG healing.

Hybrids are kind of scuffed in terms of their offhealing by the sheer manacost and how “little” HP you are able to recover. If I’m a ret being left alone behind a pillar to cast my entire manabar into FoL that sometimes still isnt enough to recover between goes in 2s (not even speaking about shuffledamp lol), making double DPS a pretty steep uphill battle against competent players. Not to mention the awful mana recovery rate and pitiful manapools for dps nowadays. I get about 14 FoL on my ret before I’m tapped.

lets be fr, half the rets over 2k dont even have sanc talented, and even less of them actively press it well.

I think the wall cds are fine, probably because i have a bias, and I know the alternative of permanently being the killtarget with noting to press in response par bubble and veng shield which was on a 1,5 min cd timer before and did barely anything execept gib nubs that burst into it while wings are up or something.

The walls being added and shortened in CDs changed the dynamics of the class pretty drastically though. Before you had to bubble and bop for yourself, maybe get the sanc so your healer saves you. After veng shield you would often be tunneled and forced to press healing globals, then after bubble thats it, unless you somehow make it to bop, which gets instapurged, and then its gg.

Now you have stuff to press for yourself, can more freely use bop for others, you can actually press sac without ppl just swapping to you and dying even faster because some figured out how to press cleave buttons. Now I can throw a massive wrench in opponents kill attemps, without instantly making myself vulnerable and put a massive target on my back.
