i dont know how too fix this problem my account got banned saying something about cheating and hacking i dont know what i hacked or how i was cheating i have like 20 or so addons all come from curseforge or wowup and some macros blizz stop auto replaying i sent ticket like 20 hours ago still nothing i hope you guys fix this and refund my membership this is silly i never been banned or even muted befor
They don’t permit discussions of bans on these forums.
Keep in mind that tickets can take multiple days to be read and longer to be responded to, due to the sheer number of tickets they have to deal with.
Were you, by any chance using a VPN, because if it was a public VPN, someone else could have been using the same VPN, and cheating/hacking, which is why they STRONGLY suggest that people don’t use VPN’s.

where im to get help from if in game tickets dont work i had problem befor with questing and gm in game respond to my ticket but with this all i got is auto replay did i just loose my account for no reason i work on it to get loremaster and now blizz take it all away with out telling me what i did wrong
For a ban, a ticket is the ONLY way to get help.

well i hope blizz fix this iv done nothing wrong other then playing the game crazy amount of hours if its not fixed im not in mood leveling anymore toons or gearing them out so i just quit go play some other game
and blizz still ignoring players
Or a ban wave just hit and you have no idea what other players are doing. You can only speak for yourself. It’s not indication of anything. If anything it actually points more the other way. Only 4 people complaining is a small amount of people during a ban wave.

i dont care about ban wave i care about the fact blizz not telling me why i was banned what did i hack or how did i cheat there dont even sending me any emails or anything if there not helping me in game where alse can i get help from so was hopping someone could help me and the others here to fix a problem there can check our accounts and see if we did something wrong
They never tell you what you did, or what hack you used. They never give specific information out, because that would enable people to work out how to evade automated detection systems.
But consider this.
Blizzard exist to make money, and are not a charity.
Blizzard make money by people subscribing to the game.
Every person they ban, is one less subscription, so less profit made.
Therefore they aren’t going to be banning people “for fun”. They ban people because they had a reason to ban people.
The problem is that privacy laws block Blizzard from giving their side of the story. So we only ever get to hear people complaining that they were banned unfairly, and its a very one-sided story. There actually used to be a redditor who was an anonymous GM for Blizzard some years ago.
Whenever someone posted on reddit about how they were unfairly banned, he’d counter post with details about what exactly they did. In the 2 years he was active on reddit, and hundreds of such posts… Only one person was found to be incorrectly banned. I was sad when he stopped posting, it made for amusing reading, but I suspect Blizzard caught up with him.
Yes they have made errors, thats why the appeal process exists. But its not as often as you’d think.

this isnt helping me you telling me blizz ban my account and not going too tell me why
so all my efforts and crazy hours on this game was for nothing i have level soo many toon in remix and out of remix and got loremaster and my main toon has decent gear was planing on getting keystone master ,and now i have too re do all of this on new account with getting new expansion again ?
Afraid so. You will get a very generic reason, “cheats or hacks”, and thats all they will tell you.

this is stupid over 1 year worth of effort for nothing and paying sub every months just for them to ban me and not even telling me why
