since they baked chain lightning and forked we cant play any comp that has breakable cc. if we dont take chain lightning our damage going to be so bad.

Yes, I 100% agree with this.
There should be a way to force us to pick between them, but DO NOT merge them into one talent.
As stated this means that any comp that relies on cc will not be able to take the talent with out cc breaking .
And as those talents make up about 30% of our overall damage in pvp this will be huge loss to damage, and not to mention the lightning effects are really fun.
Revert the change…
Just make it smart so it wont hit CCed targets at all
