I didn’t played it last time but since there are tenders to get and I would grind pigs in Elwynforest all day long to get tenders I tried it.
It was fun. Not whooho yay I want to do this every day fun but fun
If anyone is interested - it still works perfectly.
I mean you still can land, do quests asap and run into storm and go again.

Where can I see the quest btw. I did some quests ejust by playing without even knowing
after you land there should be on the right side of the screen like normal quest would show up.
You can get quests like:
- kill 10 creatures
- open 2 cxhests
- kill two elite monsters
- get X plounder
And when you finish it for the first day you get bonus of 800 plunder on top of quest reward and any plounder you will get along.
Well it’s absolutely possible my scatter brain just has overlooked that.
It’s PvP I tend to be quite nervous ^^
But that’s sounds like reasonable quests that I could finish before I inevitably get bonkt by three other dudes
the best way to farm plounder is:
- land somwhere on the border
- check ur quest - completing it is worth like 250 plounder
- go and do the quest
- get any plounder you can find and open golden chests
- when done - just run into the storm, die and repeat.
I mean i did all 40 levels last time, today did it for around 2h just to get two new mounts and pets. I still have no idea what skills do, how many of them are etc xD

Oh that’s sounds why better then trying to fight. Even after getting the hang on what does what it’s always like I only face dude that played this mode for the last three years straight and are mega pros.
Other people like me that don’t constantly zig zag around are quite rare

Plunderstorm is great fun!
I missed last year due to IRL being better than WoW. But I’m able to play now and I have had a blast all morning.
Blizzard really should pay attention. This is the kind of content the player base wants to play. Not trash solo player like player housing. Challenging, competitive, action packed and fun content!
Now let’s fit it into the actual game some how.
And if you, like me, aren’t interested in everything, you can be done fast.

I’ve zero interest in almost everything but I like the black pirate mog.
How long to get that if you’re rubbish at it and despise pvp?

Ive already got a pirate outfit I never wear and a parrot with a hat I never ride, I dont need to waste my life getting more!

Was on a break when this 1st came out and its my first time, its lackluster to say the least, the fun stuff is in what? RNG on who gets more op abilities faster? LOL
Also the fact that u can get 0 plunder or 3k or w/e is silly, u can just que, land and die so what are we playing here? Slots?
Just let me farm you if you’re gonna run into the storm anyway >:)
