I’m sick of Blizzard under resourcing retail and depriving it of numbers, lowering the quality further; while funnelling resources into side games and reboots.
Imagine if all those resources had gone into QOL improvements, dungeons, BGs, story, balance, new class/race combos etc.
If anything, they are keeping them alive
People easly burn out from the consant grind fully knowing the grind ultimately pointless because when the new patch hits, it is back to square zero, to start over
Remix is a nice escape from the hamsterwheel, people just so accostumed to their chains and cages, can’t really comprehend “freedom”
Nah. DF killed retail. After revisiting other expansions, the Warcraft vibe is just not there in retail. The gameplay is quite good, but thematically I can not stand it
This is my biggest gripe with Pandaria Reloaded. It should have been a fun side activity to do while you are playing S4, but it turned out to be a full time job instead. It’s not designed to be an addition to retail but rather a replacement for retail. So you either decide to not play retail, or you lock yourself out of several things. From simple stuff like having a necklace to some cool items like Garrosh’s shoulders.
What about them releasing that abomination of a bracket known as “Battleground Blitz”? Don’t tell me you are serious in putting blame on WoW’s casual audience when your OWN PvP developers are single-handedly butchering the PvP scene with each expansion. Take it up with them, why don’t you?
