I bought botht he 250 and 500 tender bundles, i received my 250 but my 500 never appeared, i didn’t play plunderstorm last time so that’s not the issue, i received the 250 from the trading post chest but the 500 doesn’t seem to be there, perhaps this bug is due to completing the monthly log?
Exactly same happened to me. Wondering how to get it back. Only received 250, bought both packages 
i made a ticket and they told me to make a post on here… guessing they know about it and one day we will get 500? 
I didn’t get EITHER the 500 nor 250 and I’m thinking it’s cos I’m at my limit, but in any case I made two support tickets and both times I was shot down. The first time they told me to make a bug report because it was a ‘new bug’ and the second time they just told me they can’t do anything and that there’s no compensation guaranteed.
