So I dropped Nefarious Tormenters Leggings on my shaman. A blue 410 item with a tentacle effect which mind flays the target but the corruption level on it is +66. Is this as intended ?

Balanced tho ? I don’t think (pretty sure you’re better off with that one than 4 stats corrupted gear tbh)
It’s just that I read that corruption was set in 3 bands now with the highest being 30 corruption.
Depends on piece and corruption, my boots got 75
It is not even funny when it drops on character to whom it is 50 ilevel upgrade. And then cannot use. Yes, sure I should cleanse and would cleanse, but considering corruption effects are RNG and it is quite possible I never get another item like this.
