Could we please make an option in the game to turn off other players “pointing tool” so it doesnt show nor PING PING PING PING PING PING when you run a m+

Especially as a tank in m+ keys its a nightmare to have 4 backseat-tank-drivers pling/plong/planging all over the place routes they would like to go, packs they would like to pull, skips they saw on MDI

I am losing my mind if I am to hear og see one more pling plong plang during a key

Or at least make it an option when you start a key, similar to abandon key function, that ALL players have to select Yes, for the function to be activated during a m+ key

Pretty please, with sugar and top and for the sake of all the puppies and kittens in the world

It is annoying, especially since there was already voice chat which is a much easier way to order people around.

I think you can at least disable the sound .

You’ve clearly not had the misfortune of ping happy people.

I have turned mine off completely at times because people are just that annoying.

I ping quite often in low keys, because tanks just dont want to turn their brain on.

Ws 3rd boss and trash before it for example.

I dont know why they dont want to move melee pack to axe-throwers, or kick ogre and move it to axe-thrower on intermission phase.

Just a common mistake, but instead of “oh why he pinging let me think” reaction of this guys are like “HOW DARE YOU FILTY SCUM”.
Worst type of players, with insane ego.

Now I have “Happy pinging people running keys” in the style of Shiny happy people by R.E.M. running in my adhd brain.

I disabled pings the second they put it in the game. We have marks for marking mobs if there is need.

To be fair it’s not that often people ping annoyingly in dungeons compared to raids.
