What do you mean? I haven’t done the dailies or read up on Brewfest lore, so I am curious what you’re referencing^^
I was recently on the overall general forums, being glad to see others are speaking up on this stuff - people who virtually never post on the forum. I really should have put this post there as I noticed the near complete lack of blue responses on Classic forums, I remember those being much more common many years ago, you know, when they at least pretended to care.
It’s not about making you want to play the game
They need these changes to stop sexually harassing their coworkers
An overzealous PR team that things you can solve this with deeds that make a good headline
So we can’t have scantily clad females in a game as that might offend someone, but running around killing everyone and everything is perfectly fine…although personally I wouldn’t care if they added more scantily clad male toons as well to even it up. It’s a game, a fantasy world. Trying to PC woke it is a terrible idea.
Wonder along outside many nightclubs at the weekend and you will see much more ‘on show’ although I’m sure someone will pipe up with ‘you shouldn’t look’. If you don’t want people looking, then don’t expose it- it’s human nature to look. I won’t judge you whatever you wear, that’s your choice (that applies equally to all sexes btw).
But I am reminded of an over zealous juror who was saying this person should be sentenced to years in jail for renting out videos of a sexual nature (very mild man/woman stuff) from under the counter in his video shop, but was perfectly happy for her children to watch Rambo with it’s many acts of gratuitous violence. So killing was ok but natural acts weren’t in her book…
People need to stop being offended by everything and get on with their own lives instead of trying to rewrite history.
