I feel like there should be a hotfix ASAP as assa you are pretty useless without
Its been that way for a long time. Its got to do with the environment and your talentsetup affecting what your poisons do. Its a bit of a nuisance and them staying would be nice… but since the game functions perfectly as it is I imagine this is about as bottom of the barrel on the things-to-do list as its gonna get.

Long time? it works fine hole Shadowland i could port into Arena got all my poisens and left the Arena and you know what there where still there
Heartstone remove poisens ? Thats also brand new
