I didn’t get the “poisons” ability after completing required questline. And you can’t retake quests because you don’t know whether or not you get poisons before having turned in and finished the quest. How does Blizzard overlook class-specific questlines and whether or not they function properly?
Can’t play the game with that character, basically.
I suggest taking a look at some WotLK guide for rogues, because that is working as intended. The poisons in Wrath are bought from a vendor which are usually located near the rogue trainers among other places.
