I’ve played the new Plunderstorm, didn’t play it back when it first came. Just got the mount and the pet that could be used in both classic and retail version of the game. They got added to retail just fine but hadn’t gotten them in classic version of the game. Opened a ticket, was told that the logs can’t be seen by the GMs. I think when I have them on retail there is no need to check the logs thogh, they cost 5500 plunder and I wouldn’t open a ticket or forum post just to get something that I hadn’t earned (it’s super easy to earn either way). Could someone please help me with this?

Nobody that reads or moderates the forums, unfortunately.
Your best hope is to continue to press the issue via the ticket system until the GMs escalate it to the Dev team.

I have the same issue - bought the Classic pet (pinchy) and mount at the same time - pet arrived in classic, mount not. I’ve not checked in retail, but when I go to the Plunderstore it shows the mount as purchased.
Someone wrote in a discord server I am in that if you make a retail character the rewards can be added. I tried that didn’t work for me. Neither the pet nor the mount got added for me but you can try maybe it will work for you.

Can confirm this worked for me, logged into one of my retail characters and mounted up on polly roger for good measure then I immediately logged out of retail and logged into classic cataclysm and polly roger was available for me to unwrap as a present and then I could mount it.
I have done the same as you did and it worked.I didn’t had any character on retail, made one to lvl 10 , used the mount there and than i got it in classic
