oh… Oh!
Okay I get it now. I just did not know that was a Karen… or maybe I did and I forgot…
Aw come on, it was worth a shot. A long shot at that.
In August just past I chose a caster item on my rogue. I opened a ticket and asked a GM if it was possible to perhaps change my item to the correct one and he/she explained that these decisions are no theirs to even make.
I felt extremely disappointed and can kinda relate to the op. I disagree with the bad customer services bit though. The person I got couldn’t have been more polite and informative and that’s satisfactory in my opinion.
I’d much rather complain about the fact that you have to be adressed in less than 2 hours after you have bought your mount, yet it takes DAYS for them to even respond (yes, it depends on what your reported problem is, I know).
And by the way, if you yourself caused a problem, and expect others to fix it for you, is what I’d call unfair.
super fair.
great patience on their part.
No, you want them to fix your stupidity.
Reading those replys they gave you good customer service.
… you wont accept the mistake and want Blizzard to give you hugs and say it wasn’t your fault.
Man up.
