Portal removal coming at 8.15

Hello there,

I don’t post very often but an upcoming change has annoyed me so much I am coming to make a post in the hope that someone from Blizzard might actually get the message.

I’ve played since vanilla. I used to be hardcore but these days casual only and I mainly play on my own.

Thunder Bluff is my favourite city, always has been. Not too busy, I know where everything is. I love the place. Now I read that the latest insane move from Bliz is to remove the TB portal (amongst others such as Ironforge for Alliance) from the main (new) portal hub. So now I have to get the Zeppelin from Org just to get there? How is this suppose to make me enjoy the game more? I’m a busy person and while I could just alt-tab out and read something while I wait, I’m just thinking ‘why?’ what could this possibly add to the game? Stupid moves like this since the start of this expansion seem to show a huge disconnect between Blizzard and the actual players.

Come on, I implore you Blizzard; make the portal hub inclusive. I do not think that spending time on a Zeppelin/Boat/flight path is many peoples idea of fun and engaging game play.

But don’t I? I have the time and desire to play my 1 main character. The rewards I acquire correlate to the time and effort I put into the game. You seemingly have the time and desire to play 30 characters. The rewards you acquire surely correlate to the time and effort you put into the game. 30x the time and effort for 30x the rewards. I’m still new but honestly I am kinda baffled by the decisions made that I have seen.

Don’t get me wrong, portals am not too fussed about buttttt the main thing is they throw conveniences at players to use for the sake of accessibility. Yet further down the road take them away… only to add more conveniences again…

I truly do not follow the logic here at all. Pick a side and stop flip flopping between two totally different goals… its annoying people.

So far bfa endgame isn’t great… Making us travel makes us play longer and gives us somthing to do, the extra travel time is now a filler.
