Just Created This new Character and hit lvl 20 and I figured the portal in the portal room to exodar (Along with some of the others) would work and the Portal thats supposed to go to Teldrassil (Past) would appear but this isn’t the case. Do I need to be lvl 30 for them to function? I never had trouble like this in the past with my older characters.
