Portals for level 1 HC characters duo

Is there a possibility of adding portals to Teldrassil that nelf players can teleport to Elwynn to meet up with friends? I know it’s possible without as I have done so in the past, but it would serve as QoL improvement. Any other race aswell if in need.

Maybe the portal is only available for level 1 and if you don’t take it before lvl 2 it disappears.

A hardcore server does not equal a “Hardcore challenge”. And I believe that “Friend invite” program already provides this functionality
