If you enter POS and do literately nothing, you get locked to the instance after the jaina’s event ends. That is defiantly not how it should work.
I guess they did it to stop the Hilt farming, really stupid way to do it though.
Hilt drops on normal too.
But you can farm it in FOS anyway, its only this instance which is bugged.
