Since it’s hinter that Denathrius is the Sire of the Dreadlords, plus the hint from the recent interview with Bell and the confirmation that the Dreadlords will appear in 9.1, I can assume that the Nathrezim will play a very large role in the future. If you guys remember, there was a book that talked about the infiltration into various cosmic forces. Also, since the devs loved Ray Chase’s voice acting, just as they did Alex Deserts (Bwonsamdi), and the confirmation that someone will free Denathrius. Possibly even Lothraxion.
My guess is, after we defeat the Jailer, we could possibly get playable Dreadlords since we defeated their master and because of our accomplishments.
For the love of all that is holy in the entire warcraft universe.
Please, no,
There is connection between dreadlords - jailor - runecraver - Kil’jeden - titans.
Still these things need to explain.
Kil’jeden was creator of lich king but how he got frostmourne and helm of domination?
Dreadlords and Lich Kelthuzad played huge part of making of Arthas.
Runecraver made those weapons(probably Primus) - but how Jailor chained him?
How dreadlords(Nathrazim) corrupted Sargeras?
Had legion contacted jailor before? If yes then why both working togather?
Is jailor and leader of shadowlands are titans?
Love your name bro
Even if Dreadlords will appear again, why should they be playable? They’ve always been our enemies, with like one exception.
Not gonna lie I want to be a titan and stab planets, I mean that is the level I see dreadlords at not comparable to simple human warrior in my opinion but hey they have wings so who knows guess we need more winged beings as tanks hehe
I’m surprised the WoW playerbase aren’t demanding playable Gorms with how much everyone screeches at every living creature to be playable.
No, Dreadlords aren’t ever going to be playable. That’s beyond dumb.
Dreadlords are demons. Denathrius ain’t no demon.
They’re the architects of every single cosmic struggle we had in the world of warcraft, and they were nothing but secret, or not so secret enemy of ours.
Suddenly an allied race? What? On what basis do you consider this to be a good idea?
Actually, newly discovered lore in shadowlands, points towards Denathrius having a lot more to do with the nathrezim than we expected. He might even be their creator.
the whole expansion is a retcon.
You think they planned the story of the helm of domination, being the tools of a cosmic entity trapped in an alternate realm that wants to free himself from his chains and spread death across all realms?
The helm was said to have been made by the nathrezim. Now they retconned it to be made by the Jailer himself, using the memories of the rune carver/primus. Even the timetable is a bit messy if you ask me.
I mean one of the 4 major characters in shadowlands goes missing for YEARS and nobody bats an eye? They only suddenly realize everything’s wrong in the maw because we came out of it?
It is what it is. I personally would rather enjoy the story than focus too much on the plotholes. Because there are A LOT OF PLOTHOLES.
Centaur is what we need
