Possible problem with "Bursting shot"

Hio, BM here.

I’ve been testing “Bursting shot”, and I can’t see it doing any damage. Am currently on the Target Dummies in Valdrakken, and nothing happens to them. I shoot, hit, but no damage. I shoot, hit, wait the 6 seconds (cause I thought it was a delayed efect) and nothing: no damage numbers pop up, nothing shows on Recount… so what gives?

It is pushback. Use it on a mob or a player.

More testing… it works only if I’m pretty much on top of the mob… is this how’s supposed to work?!
