hey, i want to make a charactertransfer, but one post can not be deleted. i have allready tried everyway, which i can found in forum or supporttips, but nothing works. im very greatfull, if anyone can help me. Realname, Tarren Mill Charactername, Immark. Thx a lot

Usually if you can actually login and see the mail and having emptied it, but can’t remove it you should move the cache and try again.
If that fails, you may have to create a ticket. Please do not create additional threads, your previous ones will be auto deleted since you’ve removed those posts.

Some quests send you items after you have completed it, you may have one of those pending.
That mail send by my friend 4 souldust in it.
