I transferred one of my Legion remix characters today. Upon visiting Orgrimmar, some of the portals (Razor Winds, Valdraken) are not present. In addition some vendors such as the transmog and trading post are not present.
Bricked most likely because of the Broken Shore intro which you may have started but not fully completed. Many others including me have found themselves in the same situation, but in case of demon hunters the bug troubleshooting is a bit different, because of a shorter series of quests.
Highly likely, not my first remix character so blasted past some stuff. How does one fix this in live? Couldn’t find any useful answers
You would have to replay through the series again to earn proper specific flags, which would in turn trigger proper phasing once you’re done.
I don’t know if anyone has yet explored the possibility of replaying the same thing through a party-sync, but otherwise there’s no way of attempting to fix this yourself without game master intervention.
Disappointing as it may sound, I found it quicker to re-level than it would take to receive a human answer.

According to one user comment from US party sync works and temporarily resolves the problem but only up until the moment when you leave the group, at which point you phase back into the problematic timeline again.
Hello everyone, I was having this issue and came across a solution on wowhead.
if you scroll down the comments you will find someone giving solution to fix the phasing, where you actually have to do the Broken Shore Introductory Scenario.
and I have to admit, it’s shame that the company itself doesn’t know how to fix it, we expect more.

The solution for this problem, mentioned by the above poster works. Even if, like me, you tried to rush the problem and skipped the scenario, and end up stuck in the bugged phase, you can:
1. Use your Dalaran Hearthstone to reach Legion Dalaran, and speak to Archivist Elysiana inside the Violet Citadel.
2. Do the Broken Shore questline, it doesn’t take long at max level.
3. When you return, you should see Eitrigg at the harbour and he will give you a quest and tell you to speak to Saurfang.
4. Saurfang may not appear at the door. Don’t panic. If this happens, fly back to Eitrigg and abandon the quest, pick it up again, and this seems to reset Saurfang, and he should appear at the door to the Warchief’s hall.
5. Continue the questline after the cinematic. After you defeat the demons attacking Vol’jin’s funeral, you should be freed of the broken phase.
It’s not a bug, you’re at the start of the timeline. You just need to play through the Legion scenario and quests, you can pick up the quest from a Warchief’s Command Board when you land in Org.
If that doesn’t offer the quest, portal to Azuna, fly to Dalaran and speak to Elysiana
