Heyo so after break since month before Shadowlands I been considering returning but unsure how the rp is looking Alliance wise?
will if I return start a whole new character, mainly a mounted infantry. Not sure if guild for that as well.
Alliance wise is going per usual with up and down days in activity, with RP provided in several hubs including Stormwind, Boralus and then the City of Dalaran albeit the last one is more on a neutral scale!
Regarding your question of mounted infantry in case you mean something amongst the terms of cavaliers, then I don’t think that as a concept in itself is around.
I do know of Alliance infantry guilds that use gnomish inventions for their take on mounted infantry, albeit an aerial approach (Ex: The Eleventh Airborne Patrol and I think Greyhawk Paratroopers (?)
Then again a concept solely on cavalier-esque may not be as pleasable, but it’s roleplay will most likely be more situational within several Guilds, an example is that ours has the option for our Knights to specialise and earn that tittle within the DotF.
And I’m sure other Guilds pursue that as well more internally!
Nevertheless I think you’ll definitely find your pick and purpose for your character <3 And I wish you the best of luck with that!

If you are looking for cavalry RP, while not being alliance you can check out our gang.
We are Blood Knights that heavily rely on and use our chargers, ask all the Alliance gamers we got to trample

Plenty of infantry/Cavalry type guilds, Arathor Horse Lords have a mix of infantry/cavalry/ranger types plenty of rp going on Alliance side aswell, you’ll deffo find something that fits what your after, Alliance is pretty lit right now tbf.
