Hi, im trying to help a friend who have low lvl to lvl up faster, he dont have any heirlooms or other things, how can i help him the best way to level up ? I mean… Run with him dungeons, raids or killing some stuff in open world. Or is it faster for him just doing quests and run some dungeons throgh Dungeon Finder? Simply - what is the fastest method to lvl up, if someone can help you.
The fastest way is: buy a boost. Get him to buy it, or buy one for him. Let’s say that’s not on the table. If he has BfA, didn’t he already get a boost?
Assuming that levelling fast is the best thing for him, which I don’t assume, the best thing you can do for him is obvious: buy him the heirlooms. The price of a set of heirlooms is nothing to a 120. If his character is on another realm, get him to make an alt on your realm to learn the heirlooms on.
Blizzard have screwed up the ability to help friends by boosting them through old dungeons - that used to be great, but it’s gone.
Once you’ve got him the heirlooms, party with him, activate Party Sync to reduce yourself to his level band, and then play with him as if you were levelling yourself. Tank dungeons in LFD. Use your flying to get the two of you around to quests quickly. With your endgame gear, even levelled down you will speed his levelling up a lot.
The generic fastest way to level is always being in the queue for LFD, and questing while waiting, though the value of dungeons decreases a lot as you get higher. And don’t forget, once you get to BfA, that he HAS to so at least some questing in all zones just to open World Quests, so definitely don’t go all-dungeons there.
You could always make a new character and level with him.
Heirlooms can get pricey once you factor in all the upgrades.
Aye, this is how I do it. Once you get to Draenor though, just skip everything and google for the bonus objective points. They reward you with ~170-180k experience per one. A few of those and you’ll be ready for Legion in no time. There’s also very little people running dungeons in Draenor, so you could be waiting forever.
Outside of that though, as Gráinne said, just run dungeons and make sure to do quests in between. You’ll get some nice gear upgrades and good experience at the same time.
If you don’t have it yet, pick up the sandstone drake to carry him around.
in modern WoW you cant power level realistically, i think theres a way to powerlevel someone between 110-120, butr before that not really
the fast way would be
- buy him a 120 Boost, or BFA which will give him a 120 boost.
- give him the gold to buy all the heirlooms + Upgrades
- Play a class which can tank or heal and Dungeon finder spam And do quests between
If your friend is brand new and he didn’t buy BFA yet you can consider Recruit A Friend option with him, you will get some juicy bonuses + nice cosmetic rewards each month
