Evry time i log in, LFG chat is full of these;
“LFM GNOMER NEED 6/6 EXP, FULL BIS GEAR,CHEKING LOGS,ONLY CASTERS,FULL WORLD BUFFS,CHEKING UR CV AND PASSPORT ID, ZOOM,DISCORD MEETINGS ONLINE, PAY $ BERORE ENTER, PLZ CARRY ME” etc
Guys are u ok? Its a game, not a full time job 
I can understand that some ppl like min maxing, some are casuals or semi casuals but this is toooo much dont u think so?
Can just say that my guild dont have any requirements for our pugs other than they are going for the role they are filling (aka if we are looking for a tank we wont be taking a mage ofc) so there are some of us out there that dont take it to far.
I’m sorry, but what’s wrong with vetoing who comes into your raid group?
Man it feels good to play with a guild. Just sign up for the raid, show up on the time agreed upon, blast, collect your loot, say goodbye to the lads and ladettes and repeat next reset.
Then make your own group and see how it works out.
The raid is “Hard” if you bring in completely clueless people.
Before i found my static i had groups that wiped 7 times on electro guy and many raids who could not clear council or last.
The raid is hard, people are just making sure they get good people so they can clear
But now when i have my static we just do 45 min clear every reset no problems.
you are dealing with people who are bad players and have no confidence in themselves or other people. never join one of those “raids” its full of smelly wankas

The raid is much harder than BFD.
Also, half of physical DPS specs have smaller DPS than warlock and shaman tanks, whence the demand for casters.
So the gatekeeping is no surprise
As i said, before i found the static, There were tons of fail groups.
You underestimate how bad most of the players are.
You just don’t get it, and you most likely will never get or understand it.
And the worst ones are typically the raid leaders. If you want a laugh, look at the LFG posts, whenever someone is demanding the most ridiculous things look up his parses. 9/10 times they will all be trash, if he even has any at all.
This is Blizzards fault for making the raid too difficult with phases that casters excel at like something straight out of retail

I guess it is because the normal group is full in no time, so these clowns have to spam that lfg so many times.
People will have requirements to clear more efficiently, regardless of difficulty.
How is it retail-like? Because it requires reaction time and being able to handle a few mechanics?
This. Rule Nr.1, if someone writes “LF Pumpers!” or describe themselves at such, they’re to be avoided at all costs.

Gnom is really easy.
Having a job intervju for that easy raid, is for people that want to feel important. It is kind of toxic
The end of SoD is close.
And people that are playing importation is making SoD closer to the edge
When people dont know what to do the raid is punishing, when you do the fights semi-good the raid is very easy.
That said raid can be cleared by anyone as long as raid lead just explains the mechanic. (And people actually read chat)
The worst ones are ‘Staff reserved’ or similar, makes my blood boil.
