are you using an us-english keyboard? The issue seems to be when using other language. I’ve found two keys in the german keyboard that kill the software and a french guy created another ticket with a french key.
I already wrote that I disabled all addons. I reinstalled Wow as well. I’ve found at least two other people having the same problem and it seems to be some crazy code that explodes when you press some keys!
It is the most crazy thing I’ve ever seen in a game! Maybe is the new version of the old “panic” key to close the game when your boss was coming 
I agree with you that the in-game support is non existing. And as it seems nobody from Blizzard is monitoring these forums as they should to get feedback from their customers.
