Pre-patch PVE tier set collection

I started late this season, and I’m wondering if I can finish collecting all the S4 appearances on my alt after the pre-patch drops.

Can we still upgrade items with crests and flightstones?
Do we still get catalyst charges until TWW launch?
Do tokens from bosses still turn into the s4 appearences?
Are the S4 “voted” tier set appearances still remain?

Does this gearing process still remain the usual until the new expansion launches? Besides every raid turning into Awakened ofc.

(I ask these from a PVE perspective btw, I know that PVP Elite sets are getting removed)

Something is wrong with Bullion drops this week

It’s the competitive season that is ending. So things like the 0.1% M+ title, the PvP equivalent titles, dragon appearances, toy etc will no longer be able to be earnt. All the raids will become awakened in prepatch, so you can still do them all but there will be no raids running at their old difficulties like we’ve had until now, there won’t be a cycle. They’ll all just be activated. No more outgearing the unawakened raids.

I guess everything goes as usual then. Catalyst, gear upgrading, unlocking higher appearance, etc.
