I thought in EU the event started on patch day but on logging in I havent had a quest pop up, been to both Dalarans and nothing there either, does it go live later on or something?

Are you online since before weekly reset? If yes, relog. 
Isn’t that like 5am now
So I completed the void rift questline, and I have nothing after that? I unlocked Warbank and then the questline ended and I have nothing more to do?
I don’t know if there are differences with weekly reset for different time zones, but in Germany we have 10am now and the weekly reset is already done.
Oh I know I mean isn’t reset at like 5am now. They changed it a while bakc I think

I didn’t have the quest pop up for me, but opened the Adventure Guide, (shift+j) and on suggested the content the quest was in the top right corner.
