Is there a valid confirmed way of farming the ICC shirt from precious

I am a returning player and want it on a new character of mine but none of the raid size switching seems to work from old wowhead comments or youtube vids

Please help a fellow player on this matter :pray:

You just kill Precious and it has a chance to drop it. There is no way to have a guaranteed drop. It’s random chance.
