Precognition problem

I think they should put precognition only for healers.

Right now, 100% casters has all the spellbook instant while pressing the space bar, they cast only 2/3 spells, but If you kick bad, you gives 15% haste and immune to controls. Just disable it or reduce to 2 seconds, If not, will be the end of all meles in the game.

Also you have it now with 1 item giving a extra PvP talent while meles are in the same way.

I have seen frostmages or destros casting spam in 0.2 cause of precognition, if this is PvP you want good luck.

Precog is fine imo as it actually allows trained casters to get something off. The only thing about it that bothers me is that it is activated when the cast just got kicked or ccd while another kick comes in. Avoiding that 2 people kick at the same time is impossible without a premade with voice (and even then it is hard).

Should be changed to precog doesn’t activate when already kicked on any school.

If you see normal see destro casting 3x chaos bolt in 1.1 and do 350k damage cause of precognition, then we have a problem as I said

Getting rewarded for baiting kicks is fine as it rewards skill. Everything that adds some depth and thinking into gameplay is great. As i said it only bothers me that precog can be activated by pure randomness of 2 people kicking at the same time (or cc + kick). If precog gets activated by ANY other reason it is your teams missplay and the enemy is rewarded for it.
You hear this from a melee’s POV.

Precog isn’t the reason destro deals absurd damage.

Precog is a terrible bandaid attempt to help caster do their job cause blizzard went too far with mobility + billion micro cc added.

I mean I don’t care the immunity to kick/crowd control but, 15% haste why??? No body knows.

Imagine mele has now 3 sec freedom and 30% speed buff when they do a kick in the target. It has sense? No right, then precognition with haste added either.

Melee have their precog, in which they’ll deal more damage simply for being snared. What are you complaining about?

Casters who actually cast, have cast pushback when they’re being attacked, in case you didn’t remember - so casters have to deal with interrupts, immunities, micro ccs, and casts taking longer to come out. Do melee have their attack speed reduced by my attacks? I don’t think so

Precog exists because melee have overtuned mobility. Instant melee casts exist because melee have overtuned mobility.

Spriest/Ele now have to both cast and 100% only better than average players will excel in those classes now.

Even as a lock, you realise how tilting it is to use your port/gate/kite well and melee still are on you within 0.5 seconds.

The game has never been closer to becoming a viable mobile version :).

Tbh velf is most likely the best race for caster, actually imo anti pushback cast + the port is insane. But you right people forget being attacked extend the cast time of non velf player as well.

I did change faction on my SP from belf to velf couz I got tired of it and just wanted cast normally xd but its also to prepare for m+ where I feel theres quite alot of aoe dmg happening to prevent the pushback


Ye it’s really useful also the port is underrated, I did on my sp/lock good place with it and can be used offensively as well.

idk, i play arcane mage, i have to cast quite alot.

Bro, I didnt know SP have 95% instant and procs right now with 10.1 release. POGGERS

I have seen boomies, eles, destro warlock without casting chaos bolt doing perma 60k dps casting 0 spells, also with frost mage spamming 90k ice lances. Same with fire mage, Tell me 1 caster right now which cast more than 30% of his spells
