I’d love a dragon race. Basically every race gets dragon-like customization and a dragon form ability. 
Either a Dragon themed class or dragon themed covenant type thing.
A new (floating thus never before seen on the map) continent.
and definitely shirtless Wrathion.
I think these 3 are likely to happen.
5 Euros on alexsatrzsa more clothes. 10 on no release date.

I actually don’t know. The leaks makes it oddly confusing. It’s a choice of whether you believe some random leak on MMO-Champion, because then you can basically subscribe to an entire list of detailed information. And if you don’t believe it, then you still have a name and a promotional image that has to steer your guessing.
Best not to bother.
I’ll do an alternative prediction.
The presentation will be cringe.
The presentation will be short.
And a lot of players will have used their credit card before it’s over.
Ugly mail armours always been a thing, Alexstraza getting covered up is 100% going to happen because nipples is okay but midriff is a crime against humanity according to Americans these days.

Sub prices will be same as game pass ( idk if its 10 oe 13€now ) maybe they will make some that counts as both game pass and sub for like 18€ .
No release date and then delay it 3 times
No new race ,class , nor talents .

Prediciton: BM set bonus reworked to something actual useful so we don’t ignore it anymore.
Thing I’d like to see:
No more levelling. Do something different.
PvP - standardise gear, focus on skill only.
Professions - make them relevant and interesting.
WOTLK classic announced.
Free copy of D4 if you sub for a year. It’ll be so full of micro-transactions that they won’t give a sh1t about box sales figures anyway.
There’ll be Dragons in it, even if they’re just copy/pasting them in now because of all the hype.
Won’t be a new class. We’ll get extra class specs such as Shammy tanks. Note: not all classes get this so don’t you mages all get excited about actually being allowed to pull the boss yet.
No tier sets or flying until first patch. Additionally flying will be unlocked by a merciless long quest chain because Blizz finally digs that we hate rep gating.
There will be hidden stuff all over the zones which will be all revealed on the map by handy notes on day of release because it all got updated during the beta.
No new races because it’s a lot of work fitting them in the story and they don’t want to fix all the places that Sylvanas burnt.
I’m calling player housing too. It’s one of the big things that will really pacify a lot of the complainers at present. Who doesn’t want house flipper in their own little tree trunk in the game. Instanced obviously, and probably will only get to choose four areas where you can set it up but it’ll be the kind of gold sink Blizzard will like for token sales, and they can hide furniture all over the world and dungeons/raids to keep people subbed and playing for the entire expansions life.
More people crying about x stuff.
More people crying about problems which players made themself.
More people crying about why toxic streamers got their alpha keys before them.

Hmm, three things I think will come in the upcoming expansion announcement…
A Covenant system based around the Dragonflights. Pick a flight to support and gain access to a unique campaign, armor sets and other items, except with NO Borrowed Power system built in.
Borrowed Power derived from a system that draws from both Artifact Weapons and the Shadowlands Legendary creation system. Pick a Dragon-themed weapon skin, choose the secondary stats and unique ability, and upgrade it over time.
Not strictly connected to the upcoming expansion, but an announcement concerning all the empty servers. Either getting back to connections (and finishing them this time!), or some new system they’ve come up with to fix the virtual ghost towns many of us find ourselves in…
