right now the WSG for new or solo players is awful, perfect comps with 300+ gs spawn killing the other team in about 2 secs flat, people leaving because honestly who want to sit there and get slaughter for 10 mins in a gy for zero reward. WSG is the only BG right now and should cater to more for new player instead of the 1% of people who want a tabard and to pug smash. No person is going to look at that and say" i might start playing wow" its hard enough for new people to get a grasp of this great game. The fact new players and people who want to have abit of fun are met with super sweaty giga chads 90% of the time during peak hours. blizzard need to do more to protect these kind of people. i dont know needs to be done but this really needs addressing. i think if they add ab now it would save most of this because at least you can get some honour even if you get smash by a premade. this game does needs a degree of skill based matchmaking to cater for the new and inexperience because are just going to end up quitting and sod will die sooner rather than later.
If it were only 1% of the player base premading, you wouldnât face them as often as you claim to.

classic eras dead and woltk classic does not have 10 man premades so i dont know what your trying to prove there. regarding the 1 percent that are grinding rep for the tabard its probably far far less who actually care about the tabard but that seems to be the only argument the premakers have, premakers queuing with 2-3 priest 3-4 hunter 1-2 tanky boys and rest range dps all with 300+ gs. its pretty much imposable for a pug, inexperience players or new player to deal with. and the only reason most people join premades is because you are pretty much guarantee the win and to stomp solo/ new or inexperienced players, so please explain how that is good for the game??? i dont think you understand me correctly in regards to 1 percent so ill will explain. averagely 130 games with 20 =2600 %50 of witch care about getting exalted ( imo less than 10 percent care but thats my opinion) that leaves 1300 people. i dont have number but lets say 500,000 play eu. those number show way less than 1 percent even pretending that 50% of people queuing care about a tabard. please tell me you must see this hurts the average player and people who are new and inexperienced. people meta game and will take every advantage by joining premades vs pug to get rank 3 for the bis cape or to have fun pug stomping. its blizzard job to level the playing field witch is not being done. the fact most people join premades is to pug stomp is a problem you must agree right?
It seems to me from reading the forums that a lot of people think theyâre going to get the epic bracers at 40/50 and ultimately the epic legs & bracers as soon as they ding 60, which doesnât seem to be the case. If the rank and gear caps are anything to go by they will release those items when BWL drops just like in the original game.
Thatâs basically whatâs driving the premade frenzy imo.
i understand that might be the case but i think when is gets to the points its at now somthing needs to be done. because even if they capped the rep at honoured and there no benefit pretty sure most people pug stomping now would still be pug stomping because there not alot to do as of now and its fun. hate to be a broken record but new and inexperienced cant improve at all if there sat in their gy getting farmed that gunna get disheartened and stop playing and that really sad imo. i think we can all agree its not right to make new comers to the game experience this

Grinding bgs has always been awful for me xD have you ever done it?
The playersâ stronger focus on making premades is actually making it better, the bad thing is only, that class balance is off. But there is a really small team working on sod, and I think, they are actually really dedicated, but just small in numbers.
simple solution, either make it so if you queue as 10 man you only face other premade 10 mans (queues would be longer and people would maybe stop making premades) or make it so you can only queue as a 5 man group still a good setup for the 5 man queueing but not impossible for pugs to win over.
They change some aspects of the game that ruins the player experience (was no raid queueing when it first launched back in 2004 so why now?) but they dont wanna talk about changing things that makes it say easier to get around, have more GYs so you dont have to run the entire map or wake up at a gy in darkshore when ur pvping in ashenvale as an example.
But hey, small indie company milking it for what they can and doing bare minimum at balancing things out.

Agreed. Thereâs no reason why full premades should be able to face a raid of full randoms. No enaging gameplay happens on either side.
Please make it so premades only face other premades.
yeah i think its the best way to sort the issue out as of now. dont get me wrong i love pug stomping as much as the next guy but i want to see sod do aswell as it can i think not doing anything will hurt the newbys and the game overall

The official Blizzard HC realms had little to do with the resurgance in Classicâspopularity, it was the community-made version that brought people back.
Well, that + the simple reality that WoTLK just wasnât as good as what people remembered. Regardless, the activity of premades played absolutely no point in the rise or fall of Classic.
While i can agree premades va pugs is damaging.
This isnt a issue for a ânew playerâ. Its a issue for the audience who dont want to join premades and rely on Queues removing that requirement.
Aslong as your a alright GS done some dungeons and put some gear together, done Ashenvale abit to get some rep for atleast the trinket and ring.
You will get into a premade realistically.
Itâs getting to a point now where premades are growing exponentially. The more you go VS premades the more necessary it becomes to join a premade because you stand no chance of progressing in BGâs solo queuing. Legitametely have faced nothing but premades for 2 days straight.
Same comps every time too, couple of priests, between 3-5 hunters, a flag carrier, and some filler meta specs.
The people saying âjust join a premade yourselfâ need to realise that people tend to solo queue cause they just want to have some fun PvPing. We donât always want to worry about playing a meta build and getting a perfect comp etc. Itâs just nice to jump in with randoms against randoms and zug zug each other.
Making seperate queues really would not be hard, plenty of other games do this already. That way people who want to sweat it out in premades still can and people who just want relaxed pvp still get to do that.
My guy I am dyslexia so struggle to write and express myself to the social norm and I honestly apologise for that. But I feel that you donât understand the point I am trying to make. I donât think I said one single time that premades ruin the game. I am talking about the effect new and inexperienced players have trying to play the only bg they can atm.
So yeah unless you can tell me how having premades smash pugs which contain mostly of the new and inexperienced players is good for the game, sorry but I am not really interested in reading your rude and insulting replies.
Same here. I joined before they even got a flag, farming the graveyard. it is insane.
Maybe playing as a team might help, nah, why would solo players play as a team instead of running around getting picked off one by one?
I saw it happen once and the pre-made all quit.
Also, itâs only ruining the BG side of the game.
I hope they will change the system and premade can play only against premade.
