Can we get option for group leader to state how many tanks/healer/dps is needed? When I’m looking as healer through groups, I don’t need to see groups which have full healing squad. Some groups require 3 or 4 healers, sometimes even 2 so I can’t really use addon and filter it by myself.
E: To clarify - I’m asking to add filter for amounts of tanks/healers/dps in groups when I am the one looking for group, and to add option to specify those numbers in UI as group maker.
I’m trying to understand you correctly, but I’m having a hard time following what you mean. You are the one who has the option and the ability to invite as many healers, tanks, or DPS as you need, so I’m a bit confused. Could you clarify exactly what you are asking? I’m sorry, but as it stands, it doesn’t really make sense what you’re trying to get at or request.

Group owners can not currently specify what comp they are going with, so game can’t really filter anything.
Currently, I’m opening premade groups for let’s say Voidspire. I see bunch of group 2/4/14. I scroll down looking for group which have 3 or less healers. I found one, just to see it’s actually 2/3/9 group. I see also other group 2/2/8 - is it 2/2/8 group or 2/3/9 group waiting for 1 healer and 1 dps? Unless it’s stated in title or description, you can’t tell.
To keep it simple: I’d like to be possible to set amounts of tanks, healers and dps as group owner. And as player looking for group I’d like to be able to filter groups whether they need tank/healer/dps.
yes some groups list what theyre looking for but a lot dont. dont personally pug alot of raids but this would be a good change
Yup, but that requires you to go through each group manualy to see what they need.
All right, I see what you’re saying now. I just do not think Blizzard will put much thought into this because players can already write notes for their raid groups, like listing how many tanks, healers, or DPS they want. From a DPS point of view, we deal with the same issue you describe. If I queue as a fury warrior, the group might already have warriors and I get declined without knowing why. Mythic Plus at least shows the classes in the group, even if not the specs, but raiding would need a full UI rework to add something similar, and Blizzard is unlikely to bother with that.
So for now, all you can really do is what most DPS already do. Apply to several groups, wait to see if any invite you, and keep trying if they don’t. Tanks and healers likely deal with the same thing. That is just how the current group finder works unfortunately.

Don’t group creators already have this? They can simply put their desired group composition in the title of the group.

I know there is a filter for mythic plus in premade groups filter adson.I am not so sure about raids .
