Jeg paid for a game where I can fly. But now I cannot fly, I can glide on my old mounts. We tried contact Blizzard, for you have your side of the this crime. But you risk the big campaign against you and that you many times made different to the game peoples have paid money to be an other game then you make it.

We start without Blizzard, if not Blizzard is available.

With the prepatch certain mounts cannot fly when Skyriding is not available. You can toggle the option in this tab between regular flight and Skyriding:
