Prices on AH dropped with 50% over the night?
Cloth,shards, everything.
I thought since AH is fixed and people can finnaly BUY that prices would go up?
i didint bother at all with posting most of the stuff aswell so this might contribute to more supply if it is usable now
Markets aren’t perfect. The sellers may have returned quicker than the buyers.
Blizz may have quietly disabled the ability of the whales / bots to manipulate things as much.
Who knows? Give it time.

A lot of people would have been saving what they collected as they wouldn’t have been using the AH when it was in that state.
Once the AH was working again, people started using it again and put on their saved materials/goods. Hence the price drop.
Once that surplus material has been used up, prices should get back to more normal levels.

I’m glad I sold all my cloth and dust before I went to bed, and it all sold at the high prices. Cloth dropped from 20-22 to 5 gold over night.
I don’t expect prices for reasonably farmable materials to go back to where they were yesterday, but dust may increase in price again as long as we don’t have a way to shatter blue crystals.
This is only temporary as supply exceeds demand. A lot of people list everything they acquired while the AH was unusable.
Things should normalise after the reset.
Lot of people have finished game and no longer play. So Now you have market floded with free mats. Like 1 week ago i had friend list with like everyone playing TWW but they are back to play other games alredy as they cleared out everything there was to clear.
I wouldn’t know; I still find AH to be in a state of unusable and headache-inducing.
It’s way too slow, throttled, and non-working still.
You forgot the part that it also allows people to properly sell their stuff because that part was also affected and people had their items disappear.

This! I also assume prices will stabalize a bit today afternoon/evening when most people come from work etc.!
We can only hope. It’s tiresome having a small percentage of players going goblin mode on the AH and re-listing everything up from 500g to 10,000.
Managed to gear an alt to ~560 for about 10k gold this morning, which is fine - but yesterday it would have been well over 150k. Hopefully the new prices will stick, if enough people simply ignore all the overpriced items and they never sell.
People can actually start using the AH, so it’s probably why there are more listings and more competition now.
