Hey,
When I swap to “Penance” it appears grey on my bar and when trying to use it it says “You can’t use that yet”.
My two others gloves runes “Death” and “Mind Sear” work normally.
My gloves are repeared and I’m currently wearing them.
This issue seems to be with this specific rune only.
Is it a bug or am I missing something ?

But this is weird since we still can flash heal/renew in Shadowform (even if then we then lost it), I guess it would have made more sense to do the same with Penance 
(so maybe skills issue as well after all)
Its the same with power word barrier, lazy coding. You need to make a macro to cancel form and then cast penance.
