Thoroughly checked Shadow and Disc legendaries and discovered that almost all of them are trash.
For shadow PvE, there’s one good (spawns tentacles) and one decent - mind blast damage increase, if full dots. Everything else is absolutely useless.
For PvP - nothing. Maybe shadowmend buff once every minute can see some use, but it’s meh.
For Disc PvE - 60% chance (huh?) to buff Penance after PW:Radiance and another one with minor Spirit Shell/Rapture buffs.
For PvP - nothing.
That kinda sux man.
I’m happy to have my res cloak back, honestly. It will never be trash, at least not in my heart.

So far we have nothing like kther classes …meanin covenan ability doing 20% of total damage, or legendary or conduits…
Is it possible that blizz will rework our legendaries?

Yes it’s decent, but… it’s like the only choice. You’re playing a disc in raids? Take this legendary and forget about everything else till end of expansion.

Hmm… yeah i’m kinda holding my fingers crossed for a buff to crystalline reflection personally. It’s the coolest legendary in my opinion and perfectly fits the class fantasy. Probably not gonna happen though.

it did drop for me too, but i won’t be crafting it. In PvE it’s inferior to tentacle one and it’s absolutely useless in pvp. If it was 160% then yeah, maybe… hah
My plan is to craft Tendrils, and then sephuz if it doesn’t delay unlocking rank 4 tendrils.

I guess the world bosses will start spawning when the raid opens, so in 8 days, but I don’t know for sure.
As for PvP, no idea, I don’t do any PvP.
Is the mind blast one even good? The window of opportunity for it is miniscule. Only time you will have such excess insanity you can afford to pump mind blasts in to DP is when you are using s2m.
What slot for tendies? Wrists?

I wanna wait for tendies but also dont wanna get blueballed in a raid …then i would rathrr craft talb…

Wrist Vs gloves is do you want more stats or a chance at slightly more optimised stats.
We don’t know in raid drop rate. In beta it was 100%
Considering the return of class sets and presumably set bonuses, id go for wrists 
MB not so great, because altho it sounds good on paper, the opportunity to get value is too small. Maybe later in the expansion, when we will have alot of stats and more DP uptime.
I’ll craft the tentacle one when I get it.
And probably shadow mend one for PvP… “yay”
