Priest mobility

At this rate I’ll take the bare minimum of rework to priests especially given how bad their class tree is please give us a viable reposition option. Either a leap using wings or have a angel glide you in a chosen direction. I’ll even take it as a choice node with PI. You could probably bake divine star into a mobility option turning us into the star and allowing us to recast exploding for a small heal/dmg or dot effect and repositioning us at the location.

That would be max level trolling.
You want mobility? Here you go, but you will never use it because everyone want you to skill PI. :joy:

Priest mobility is solved with 11.0.5

that would be nice but how this fixes it? :frowning:

Here it is

so go new race to get a blink?

GG blizzard

Blink? There’s no blink…

Imo, priest is designed around consuming mobility of others.

Fear - Enemies run away, creating a gap.
Void Tendrils - Roots, letting you create a gap.
Mind Control - Move an enemy away, creating a gap.
Leap of Faith - Grip an ally, creating a gap.
PvP talent Divine Ascension - Launching you in the air, creating a gap.
Priests also used to have a knockback

I don’t think we will see another movement speed increasing ability or repositioning ability.

At least, the Oracle allows you to get a speed boost when you give it to someone else instead of boosting others until they get out of your range

Blizzard’s 1st commandment - If you can make it more complicated and ridiculous, do it.

Just give us 10% movement for each charge of feather we have stored, and give us 50% baseline and 10% extra talented in Oracle. Boom, we don’t suck anymore.

I have made a priest healer for this expansion , and i am having a nightmare with the poor mobility of this class compare with new boss mechanics . I can understand that new mobility will highly impact pvp , but they have to do something for PVE . Maybe if Renew or Shield or HW were more reliable spells this problem with mobility wouldn’t be so much .
