This is very upsetting, I didn’t find anything about it but it is surely something not intended… I hope ?
I just did the Obsidian Citadel weekly quests and the big WQ in Azure Span and had as rewards many equipments… but on my pal they ALL give me Primal Chaos.

Don’t remember what quest gave what on my monk, but I got a healer trinket, chest, boots… here I get absolulety nothing on my hpal lol.
Same thing happened to me but ON THE SAME CHARACTER i saw the quest that would give 370 belt and it had 6-7 days timer on it so i thought id do it later, then when i went to do it after finishing my dungeons it said primal chaos which is completely useless for me compared to the gear piece
For some reason rewards arent same and they also change with your ilvl.
My friend yesterday had one of those blue Qs that awarded him primal chaos, he didnt do it yet because what for ( one on left side of azure span) then we did some dungs and whatnot, his ilvl rised, and now this quest offer him 372 legs instead … yea works as intended i guess .
They’re range loot what do you want people to say? It sucks you got unlucky with primal rewards but They’re in the pool of rewards lol. Primals will come in way handier in the long run, any gear you get nows going in the bin next week. Primals you need for over 400ilvl gear.
