Primal chaos should be account bound not soulbound, ive got over 2k on this toon alone.
One thing i miss about SL is being able to get all your leggo crafts done on alts as soon a you hit max level by just conveniently mailing over ash from main, think the same should be for Primal chaos, id like to just get all my crafted gear ready at the start to just get the gearing process done faster.
you can send primal chaos to your alt since this week. there is an npc from consortium next to mailbox at craft order thingie

You can give them to alts now, there is a vendor that sells a bag for alts. The crafting vendor.
