Not the correct answer. It is quite intended for the sole reason. Primal Elementalist turns our elementals into pets with their own pet bars, and you cannot have two pet bars at once.
The elementals without PE is a guardian type of summons that you can have as many you want as you are capable of casting. Since theres no pet bar conflict.
