Hello, i want to ask if this is intentional change? There is 1 storm per cycle again on NA and EU servers today, this was supposed to be 2 storms as it was in last 2-3 days, is this official change from Blizz or a bug in game?

Part of the rotation is that sometimes there is only 1 up as far as I am aware. Two will still spawn regularly too though.
There has only been 1 storm spawn at a time consistently since 9AM server time - folks on the US are reporting that the same is happening there too.

In that case it does sound like something has gone wrong. Best to do a bug report in game.

There have been a few rotations with 0 Storms spawning… Clearly bugged.

Getting zero storms sometimes now. Please fix so I can get the last few done and never have to think about this terrible achievement again!

Another forum post here about it. Very frustrating, hopefully they will remedy it!
The most recent storm to spawn was in the primalist future (1800 server time) after one hour the “the Storms Fury” quest activated and the storm despawned (or more likely was pahsed out) 1 hr before it was due to end.
