With patch 10.2.5, now Primordial Wave deals “elemental damage”, and it seems that it is buffed by enhancement’s mastery, but not by Elemental Spirits.
Yes. I asked about it on shaman discord no answer yet. It just deals same damage as before. Mastery and wolfs doesn’t affect it. Only visually changed.
Wordup has talked about it surely we get it fixed
