Seriously this was annoying when trying to practice and test rotations back in season 1… I come back in season 4 and STILL it hasnt been fixed??? Unable to use Primordial Wave either as elemental or enhancement on the pvp target dummy.
It such a small thing but it really does show the lack of attention shaman gets from blizzard.

The tier set is NERFED for pvp (half the cdr), and since you are on the pvp dummies, ofc it would enable the pvp talents/bonuses. What is there to fix?
Think you misunderstood.
Its nothing to do with tier set it was the same back in season 1. It also works fine when using it on the other non pvp dummies while you have Flame shock on the pvp dummy to trigger the pvp i lvl boost etc.
You just cant apply it to the pvp dummy directly for some reason.
