So, I’m trying to complete Torghast’s extremely ravenous achievement and I’m missing prisoner’s concord. I checked out wowhead for the list of NPCs that give that anima power but… I can never find them in any wing listed on wowhead…
Maybe they are tied to specific layers? Anyone have any info that could help?
I have the same issue with a Glasswing Charm criteria. Around 200 Torghast runs with no thingies, I almost sure they broke something with 9.1 patch Torghast rework, coz there were A LOTS of fae or kvaldir related mobs etc before 9.1
I can attest that Glasswing Charm seems to be unavailable. Made triple-digit number of runs rotating between Mort’regar, Skoldus and Twisting Corridors (confirmed drop sources in the previous patches) and I’ve yet to spot a single Fae or Gormling non-elite mob.
Just like Instinqt said I remember seeing a lot of them during the early weeks of the expansion.
