Privacy mode in wow for guild members?

Hello.

I’m looking for a privacy mode in guild, i don’t know if it exists or should be introduced.

I want to be invisible, offline mode to all members in my guild, i want them not to see my keys, nothing, like i’m offline.

I had some experiences, for example i told raid leader i’m not feeling well today to be focused for raid then at the raid time he proceed inviting me while i was farming minerals in my own pace, then he proceed to whisper me, you are in game, you should come to raid, it’s not nice.

People asking me to do keys with them, like random people from guild and i tell them i have other business to do and then he proceed to keep pushing me to come to their keys just because i have 200 more IO than them and they think i’m in mood of pushing them keys. If you tell them in the face straight : Look dude, i don’t want to come to your keys, i’m not in mood for it, they get offended and thinks that i have something personal with them.

Just please i want a privacy mode where guild members see me as offline.

It will take you out of the guild as well. But it sounds like they option you are looking for.

If you join the guild as a Raider, I wouldn’t expect them to hold your spot open if you can’t be bother to raid at their times.

I don’t raid myself. I have always been open about that with my guild. So I don’t sign up and don’t get invited unless it’s an optional event and people talk me into it.

It’s basically the one day from 9 raids that i wasn’t feeling well to do it, like literally my head was hurting and i was farming minerals with blue light protection at 90%

Jesus dude, stop asking for systems to be implemented for everything.

You are capable of communicating. If you think the raid leader isnt listening or respecting you then quit.

To be honest mate, that sounds more of a community issue within your guild.

If your raid leader doesn’t understand that you’re not in a position health wise to raid, then they’re the ones who got an issue.

If your guild mates get offended because you’re not in the mood for running keys with them, they’ve got issues to solve with themselves.

There’s no need for “invisible mode” like it’s some kind of chatting platform. Have open conversations with them. If they lead nowhere, consider changing guild.

We’ve got a “raid-absences” channel within our discord. If raiders can’t make it they simply post in there. We’re not expecting justification, but most of the times we share the reasons either way because we’re fine with each other. Casual or hardcore, it’s a game, not work and the raid leader isn’t a shift manager. The opposite also stands, try to be prompt with this type of notifications. Don’t wait 5 minutes before invites go out to say “sorry guys don’t feel well won’t raid thx bye”.

Simple communitcation.

privacy mode can’t fix no spine

People these days need to learn how to deal with the word “no” without getting offended.

If you dont want to do something they should accept it, not guilt trip you.

That said, a complete invisible mode would be nice sometimes.

We already have offline mode for battle net, which also hides you from in-game communities. Why shouldn’t there be an option applicable to the guild too?
