Duels heal you back to full and reset all cooldowns.
Could easily be limited to Durotar & Elwynn to prevent whatever abuse you may think of.
It’s just a nice and easy to implement QoL change that would please a vast amount of players.

Ah fair, I forgot that WoW wasn’t supposed to be fun.
If this feature is to be implemented, it has to come with some form of grind or inconvenience.
I say let’s have each duel come with a window asking whether we’d like to pay a currency (anima or soul ash) to reset cooldowns.
This way, not only do you forced duelers to increase their playtime by doing mind numbing garbage, you also annoy those who don’t want to by having an annoying box appear every single time they want to duel.
Is this suggestion more Blizzard friendly now?

I mean, that’s already there when random people invite you to duel as you run past them or you are doing a quest or something lol
If this also only becomes available on a certain high level of renown on the character in question then yes.
Otherwise not enough annoyance.
Or even better, make it a single use item from Venari which allows you to do this 
People are always asking for drops from Torghast, make this a drop from the last boss. There, two birds with one stone

Blizzard is so afraid of the top 0.01% of players figuring out how to abuse convenient systems that they just remove/don’t do them…
I think Blizzard talked about adding this to the game at some point many years ago, but it never happend.
Do cooldowns get reset at the designated “duel areas”? Like that place in Zul’dazar.

After finishing in a duel with another player all CDs are activated to allow all players time to reset together. This has been requested for some time to make duels more fluid and fair. We hope you enjoy.
On losing a duel a swarm of squirrels will begin attacking you for 1 damage.

CD should reset more often!
The potential for abuse is just off the charts.
Just duel your mate in a world PvP setting, and you’re basically unbeatable. Same for any kind of open world scenario really.
Fun as in “I keep myself alive with the duel heal as I murder people left and right in their capital city” ?
On your dead PvE realm with WM off, maybe.
