Hallo folks,
long story short, in my whole WoW career since 2008 I never got a hunter or shaman to a relevant level or playtime.
Where do I start farming the chainmail transmog? Any suggestions I cant farm all xpacs at the same time and I’am actually quite the Xmog noob 
. I got like 1 Page per Chainmail Armor slot in the xmog menu.
My suggestion, take a look at the Appearences tab in game, or search online for mail mogs, see which sets and/or pieces you like most, see where you get those and start there.
I guess there’s no point telling you “start in xpac X or Y” if there won’t be any mogs there you personally enjoy.
The Forsaken have some nice chainmail sets for the Darkshore warfront back in BFA.
Alliance have a decent scale mail like set for the Arathi Warfront preceding it.
A lot of the tier 3 pieces dropped from doing the weekly instanced warfront quest though.
So I’m not 100% how much of it is still readily obtainable.
9.1 mail set also doesn’t look too bad as well.
