Problem on loading another character

After entering the game on a character and then changing character it freezes on load up. So you have to logout of the game back to Battle (.net) to be able to get back in with a different character. Have to do that every time I change character.

Tried:

Default settings

Deleting the WTF folder

Uninstalling WoW and Battle (.net) and reinstalling.

So far nothing has corrected the issue.

Also noted when using Alt + Ctrl + Del there are up to 9 Battle (.net)s running.
