I have two quite valuable items in the auction house that are now affected by the expiration bug ( [expiry days: 49,708 ). Unfortunately I can not simply cancel the auctions . When I try, the message comes up that these auctions were not found.
I don’t believe they will be able to assist you over the forums, due to not having any way of taking you through account security.
You are probably going to need to make an in-game ticket.
We are aware of this error and World of Warcraft team works now to fix it. It affects many of our players. I can assure you that we won’t leave your auctions hanging for 49.708 days.

i also have multiple alts with by this huge duration…
when the market opened europe-wide for consumables and reagents i jumped at the opportunity… i have 10+ years of junk (ahem… useful materials) stored in random alts in bags and banks, alts that i created just to store the stuff i was not satisfied to just vendor…
now i find that many of those alts are having their auctions at 49000+ days… i cancelled a few of them but i have given up …
i am now leaving them untouched. If they sell… they sell… if not… then i suppose the AH guards will start to have some side jobs dusting the relic museum 
P.S. is the missing mail icon on the lobby screen related to this AH issue?
i found that those alts that have this issue with the AH also do not have any “new mail” icon on the lobby screen, even if they have unread mail waiting (from AH completed auctions)
edit: seems not related or was probably fixed last night… i just logged on an alt that had a mail icon in the lobby and found it also has some of these long-duration auctions.
We know a little more about this now, and would ask for anyone who is currently affected to please submit a ticket on the topic (if they have not already done so). There is no immediately deployable solution just yet, but knowing who is affected will help us get there.
