Problem switching from physical authenticator to authenticator app

I’ve tried to switch from my physical authenticator to the battle.net app but i get an error every time i try “BLZBNTARA10000109”.

Do i have to remove the old authenticator in my account page and the add the mobile app one?

Hey Dru,

If you are currently using a physical Authenticator, you would indeed need to remove it first, before adding the mobile one. :slight_smile: You can do so from your account management page:
